Let me tell you about myself. I'm born on 18th November 2008 at 1537hrs via Elective Caesarean. At birth, I weigh 3025gms, measures 49cm in length and my head circumference is 33cm. I'm a KKH baby and a breastfed baby too!
The last checkup, I weigh 7.8kg at 4 months. That's why Mummy & Daddy always calls me Xiao Pang. But its not that I eat a lot, just that I grow well!! I'm going for my Rotavirus vaccine next week, so I'll update my weight again when Mummy brings me to Doctor ok?
