Meal of the day: Stir Fried Thick Vermicelli


A delicious, fast and easy to cook recipe. Mummy forgot where she got the recipe from but here's a rough guide.


1. Fry garlic until slightly browish.

2. Add fish (ngoh he) and a little bit of water, Simmer till fish is cooked.

3. Add thick vermicelli. If too dry add a little bit more water.

4. Cook till noodle is soft, add a dash of pepper and you're ready to serve!!


You can add some vegetables if you like, just add in before the fish.
